Justice Matshaya is an internationally acclaimed South African caddy, entrepreneur and personal coach who was born in Soweto. He is the public relations officer for the Gary Player designed golf course Pimville, now Soweto Country Club.
Justice caddied for many international golfers such as David Park and Mark James from the United Kingdom, in Europe for the first Indian golfer that joined the European Tour, Jeev Milkha Singh, the South-African pro Fulton Allen who now lives in the UK, and American US Open winner Corey Pavin. He spent more than five years touring the world with the 2011 Masters winner Charl Schwartzel when he was still at the beginning of his career. The last big event Justice was involved in was when he caddied for Englishman Richard Finch at the Alfred Dunhill Championship at Leopard Creek Country Club in Mpumalanga, where Finch finished as runner-up to Charl Schwartzel.
Today Justice is putting his whole heart and passion into a union and academy for black South African caddies, taking promising young people from the townships and preparing them for the big stage of international golf.
