The Living Legends Championship:
The Living Legends Golf Championship, a strictly invitational event, is the Final for each season of the Celebrity & Living Legends Golf Tour. In this tournament, the best 30 celebrities and the winners of our international qualifying events wil play with the world‘s 60 most legendary golfers on one of the world‘s most famous golf courses. In three categories, celebrities, amateurs and legend golfers, they will play for the championship trophies. The Living Legends have the opportunity of winning the title “Greatest Player Alive”.
The Continental Cup:
PLeace awaken will host the first Continental Cup, bringing together the best celebrity-, professional- and amateur golfers from each of our five beautiful continents; Africa, America, Asia, Europ e and Oceania. Each team of forty-eight players will be captained by two legends from their respective continent. The Continental Cup will be played over four days and split into two groups: The first group will play Thursday and Friday and consists of the Top 8 senior tour professionals, Top 8 senior celebrity players and Top 8 junior golfers from each continent. Each category will consist of four males and four females.
The second group will play Saturday and Sunday and consist of the Top 8 available tour players, Top 8 celebrities and Top 8 amateurs of each continent and also be split into half women and half men. The final starter list will be published three weeks before the event. The team with the most points over four days of a Double-in Birdie and Better format, will be hailed as Continental Cup winner.
Pleace Golf Champs:
PLeace G.O.L.F. Champs ! is an initiative to honor the up and coming golfers around the globe and the amateur leg of the Celebrity & Living Legends Golf Tour. Made up of international amateur champions, divided into women, men and juniors, who will take up 16 spots for each continent in the Continental Cup. The Top 8 Juniors (4 girls & 4 boys) will play the first two days with the senior professionals- and celebrities. The Top 8 Over 18’s will play the last two days with the best celebrities and professional golfers.
The juniors pre-qualify through being state champion in the respective age group: u12, u14, u16 & u18. The Top 2 per age group, 1 girl & 1 boy, and per continent will be invited to the Continental Cup. The Over 18’s will qualify through our international celebrity golf weekends. The best 3 of each event will further be invited to play the final Living Legends Championship.

The Celebrity Ranking System:
Official PLeace Awaken Tournaments are eligible for ranking points. Any player competing in any of these tournaments will receive ranking points subject to their respective finish position (using the gross modified stableford system) and according to the tournament’s strength of field. The top ranked players are eligible for the finals and the chance of being crowned the world`s best celebrity golfer.
The Strength of the Field:
Is based on the sum of the best 15-25 handicap players.
Amateur golfers are eligible as a paying participant, pre-qualifier, sponsor and special PLeace Awaken Invitees.
Top finishes of qualifying events according to field size, Main Tour Sponsor and PLeace Awaken invitees.
Any professional golfer (already qualified) being invited to make a special appearance for the qualifying rounds will play as a celebrity but won’t qualify for the celebrity ranking system. Non qualified professionals may qualify through the qualifying events (see Professional golfers for qualifying events). The Final will be a 36 hole stroke play event for the “Living Legend Title”.
The Form of Play:
For the qualifying events, all celebrities and amateurs play an individual modified double-in stableford tournament over 36 holes. The winning amateur golfers are also eligible for the finals.
